Alex Morrison serves as Director of Scouting & Innovation at Halliburton Labs, where she identifies and engages promising startups developing differentiated technologies to address the world’s most pressing energy challenges. With 18 years at Halliburton spanning technical, operational, and strategic leadership roles—including most recently Strategic Business Manager for the Baroid division—she brings deep industry expertise to accelerating startup commercialization.
Morrison holds a master’s in Chemistry from the University of Surrey and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, and was named a 2026 Hart Energy Influential Woman in Energy.
